We are seeking an experienced and fully licensed Veterinarian for one of our veterinary clients based in Langley, British Columbia. This opportunity is with a well-established, multi-service animal clinic that operates within a fully equipped facility. The clinic is known locally for its supportive, collaborative, and welcoming environment, with a strong team of experienced veterinary technicians and support staff.
The Langley location operates as a primarily solo-doctor practice, making this role best suited for an experienced veterinarian who is confident working independently. You will be joining a practice that values autonomy, clinical judgment, and high-quality patient care while still offering strong operational and staffing support.

Responsibilities
- Play a key role in delivering excellent patient care while contributing positively to the team environment.
- Provide wellness exams, client education, dentistry, rehabilitation, in-house grooming, and a variety of surgical procedures.
- Perform in-house diagnostics and support emergency cases.
- Work as the sole veterinarian in the clinic, managing your own caseload independently.
- Perform soft tissue surgery including routine procedures such as spays, neuters, and mass removals.
- Conduct dental procedures, including scaling, polishing, and extractions.
- Manage and stabilize urgent and emergency cases as they arise.
- Contribute to treatment planning, medical decision-making, and continuity of care.
- Offer rehabilitation services and support general patient recovery plans.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of clinical DVM experience (strong candidates with 2+ years of experience may be considered).
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a license with the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia (CVBC).
- Strong clinical foundation with proficiency in surgery and dentistry.
- Comfortable working independently as the sole veterinarian in a clinic setting.
- Confident performing routine soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals, etc.).
- Competent in dental procedures, including extractions.
- Strong medical judgment, case management skills, and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage appointments, surgeries, and medical cases without on-site mentorship.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client education and patient care.
- French/English bilingualism is considered an asset.
