What you will do as our Software Architect:
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures for our SaaS products that align with business goals, address complex challenges, and ensure security and robustness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in system architecture, integration, and design are followed, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure codebase quality, scalability, maintainability, and performance, and proactively address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures and technical decisions, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies, proactively recommend and drive improvements that enhance our products and processes.
- Work closely with product management, development, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and alignment with business objectives.
What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect, Systems Architect, Engineering Lead, or similar technical role in a SaaS product company.
- Strong knowledge of architectural patterns, design principles, and software development best practices.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., PHP, GoLang, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Vue.js).
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies (AWS).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and influence executive decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- A passion for technology and a drive to stay current with industry advancements.
- Contributions to open-source projects or participation in the tech community are an asset.
