Both owners are active in the field, so you’ll be working with people who understand the work, the customers, the challenges and what it takes to deliver quality service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You’ll be trusted to handle HVAC service work professionally and efficiently, including:
- Installation of new systems, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
- Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment
- Complete preventative maintenance
- Identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Complete service paperwork and documentation
- Perform plumbing service and repairs when required
- Participate in the on-call rotation
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an experienced technician who is confident in the field and takes pride in doing the job right.
You bring:
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Solid knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Plumbing experience is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently
- Professional customer-service skills
- Valid driver's licence and good driving record
- Reliability and accountability
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Pride in your workmanship
