Lammle’s Western Wear and Tack operating since 1983, is family owned and operated in Calgary, Alberta. With stores located throughout Western Canada, we serve both rural and urban centers. We provide authentic western wear for the entire family, in addition to selections of tack for both Western and English equine enthusiasts.
Overview

Our corporate sales rep is considered the “boots on the ground”. This position is designed to go out and network while building genuine relationships. It’s not for the faint of heart, this position is for an energetic, outgoing and positive individual. If you find yourself happiest chatting with customers and chasing the sales this is the position for you!
Job Duties
· Works with corporate organizations with the goal to share the Lammle’s experience
· Develops and maintains brand awareness with clients
· Interacting regularly with current and future clients. This includes but is not limited to attending cooperate and western events throughout the year.
· Strive to reach personal productivity and sales goals
· Actively network and built relationships to drive sales and future growth
· Research and develop partnership opportunities
Skills
· Self driven to meet and exceed sales goals
· Outgoing and enjoys social settings, AKA you don’t sit on the sidelines
· Has an ability to maneuver and build creditability with a wide variety of individuals
· Natural problem solver
· Critical thinking skills, proactive and innovative

Qualifications
· Proven portfolio of high-end sales accounts
· Business diploma or related field (Considered an asset)
Additional Details to Note
· Must be willing to travel 20 % of their time throughout BC/SK and Northern Alberta
· Ability to share the Western Lifestyle is a strongly preferred
· This is a business-to-business sales model. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate work history that supports this model.
