Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for the upkeep and repair of farm buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on structures and around the property
- Maintain and repair equipment and structures around the property
- Conduct general landscaping duties
- Assist with seasonal preparation and upkeep of infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate with external contractors as needed.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, following safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a similar role.
- Basic Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Ability to operate farm machinery and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
Experience:
- Facilities maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
