Supporting the Global Sales Team, you’ll analyse sales and shopper data in all categories across our customer portfolio. You’ll provide insights for our Global Shopper and Customer Teams. What You'll Be Doing
Utilize retailer POS data to compile & interpret in-depth customer analysis and provide recommendations on 4P’s to maximize opportunities (including, but not limited to; stores selling, DC & store level inventory, pre/post promo analysis, display mix, sell through, pricing, etc.).
Leverage available market data from available systems to identify business building opportunities.
Provide analytics required for RB internal and customer specific presentations.
Assist in development and implementation of sales strategy to deliver against budget (NS,GM,TS) and 4P opportunities.
Work with cross functional departments to drive customer service level and manage trade deductions within established targets.
Work with account sales team to drive retail effectiveness at store level.
Continually monitor store execution and report back findings.
Create and continually update reports for the customer Sales Team
Lead the Marketing initiatives at the retailer coordinating with the retailer as well as internal RB teams to ensure timely completion of all components.
Is This You?
University Degree in a Business-related discipline
Strong Excel skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines
Detail oriented and organized
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-based skills
Entrepreneurial and ability to take initiative
Good knowledge of the consumer-packaged goods industry
