The tasks and projects that await you
Complete quotes and negotiate with carriers
Verify invoices related to transfers and semi-directs
Conduct follow-ups for pickups and deliveries for transfers and semi-directs
Inform customers and suppliers of transportation procedures
Enhance TMS usage by contributing to the improvement of its quality and processes
Plan delivery and pickup routes using a TMS
Manage route add-ons with the Dealer Services team
Manager overflows and left-behinds
Ensure that transportation operations are smoothly executed by Lowe's Canada carriers
Provide unparalleled service to Lowe's Canada’s customers and suppliers
Ensure communication between shipping and receiving for transportation equipment
Provide service to other departments for special deliveries
Work closely with Lowe's Canada’s Supply Chain team, distribution centres, and various carriers
