Skilled Labourer
Arsalan Construction Ltd. is looking for a Skilled Labourer to join the Civil Construction team for Road and Highway project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labour tasks at construction sites in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Operating small tools and equipment, including compactors, saws, jackhammers and, laser levels
- Assisting heavy equipment operators with attachments.
- Manual labour, site preparation, trench digging.
- Loading/unloading construction materials.
- Monitor productivity, quality of work, and site progress
- Maintain daily reports, timesheets, and material tracking
- Communicate effectively with co-workers
- Clean, maintain, and secure equipment and property according to Company policies.
- Perform other duties consistent with your role as required.
- Ensure a safe work environment for employees, clients, subcontractors, and the public.
- Represent the Company professionally and lead by example.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction industry, preferably in road construction.
· Comfort working in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
· Ability to lead crews and work independently
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge of construction safety standards
· Valid driver’s license
· First Aid / CSTS / WHMIS (preferred)
