As we continue to grow progressively, Libro is on a mission to find a passionately accountab le full-time one year contract Business Credit Administrator supporting our London Administration location.
The Business Credit Administrator is responsible for accurate processing of business lending tasks in accordance with Libro lending policies and procedures. This ensures that Libro and our Owner’s interests are well protected. They are responsible for working closely with all Business Lending colleagues and branches by focusing on the accurate and detailed processing of information, forms, and documents to support seamless delivery of service to our Owners. This position ensures our Owners continued satisfaction through timely and efficient lending disbursements and security registration.
The Epic Human we are looking for will;
Prepare and issue commitment letters for new business credit facilities.
Prepar e of accurate security documents for new business credit facilities.
Conduct PPSA administration including searches, registrations, amendments, and postponements.
Ensure PPSA registrations at other financial institutions are discharged or postponed as required .
Responsible for ensuring accurate loan security (new/existing).
Review and analyze documentation (mortgages, security agreements etc.)
Conduct and analyze property searches, writ certificates and PPSA to ensure valid and secure priority.
Prepar e instructions to solicitors for new mortgage registration(s) and obtaining documents from solicitors prior to disbursement.
Monitor Solicitor’s Draft Report and draft Charge to ensure accurate mortgage security is put in place.
Administer all CSBFA, CALA and other Government Loan Programs.
Coordinate mortgage/loan disbursement with solicitors’ office to ensure prompt closing.
Process loan renewals and extensions.
Generating and processing loan conversions.
Prepare of accurate loan payouts to solicitor’s, financial institutions, and internal owner requests (calculation of prepayment penalties together with any applicable fees required prior to the discharge of security)
Ordering tax certificates as per the annual review process.
Accurately answer questions and offer coaching to support business lending colleagues on all loan and security related matters.

Do you have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration with business courses or related experience ?
Do you have 3 -5 years’ experience within the credit/lending area of a financial institution would be an asset, with exposure to business or agricultural lending.
