About the Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact in our Service Department, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service
- Schedule service appointments and create repair orders
- Assess customer concerns and communicate repair recommendations
- Provide estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the repair process
- Coordinate additional repairs and obtain customer approvals
- Follow up on work in progress and ensure customer satisfaction
- Review completed work with customers and explain charges
- Handle service inquiries, appointments, and warranty information
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations
Pay: This position offers a base salary and commission structure.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Service Advisor experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and listening skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends
- Valid G Class driver's license with a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
