Specialist – IT Product Support - RPA Blue Prism

We will count on you to be:
Hands on experience on RPA – Blue Prism
Perform size and effort estimation for development
Set up the BP development and Production environment
Assess automation opportunity from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
Create and maintain the Solution Design Document (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle
Taking business requirements, current and future state process designs and translating them into robotic solution using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Work within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Resolve defects and other performance problems discovered in testing.
Support UTA and go-live roll out
Provide necessary technical and design guidance to team
Write/Enhance Code Review checklist and other checklists to maintain standards across team.
Perform Code & Document reviews to ensure team is following standards.
Provide quick resolution to Post-prod issues
Handle Change management with respect to RPA deliveries
What you need to have:
3 to 5 years of Robotic Process Automation experience
Experience of end-to-end delivery of processes on Blue Prism
Proven Competency in agile and lean software development.
Experience of working(spying) with a variety of applications – Web, windows, mainframe and Citrix etc.,
Experience of working with Database and API integration with Blue Prism
Excellent communication skills
Well versed with project management tools –Visio, Jira, etc
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
Fast learner, quality conscious and committed to deadlines
Excellent analytical and effective communication skills
