I am a RMT running a mobile business as a side hustle alongside my regular clinic job. I am looking to expand this mobile service and want to grow it with the help of some new friends and professional partners.
I am not offering an employee position but looking for colabritive, co-op partners
Registered Massage Therapist's, Physiotherapist's, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner's, Nurse's, Occupation and Recreational Therapist's, Respiratory Therapist's, what you do is less important to me then who you are, your mindset, your ability to make your practice transportable and your patients as we grow together.
- Keep 100% of Your Income: I am not interested in taking a percentage of your money. You make 100% of what you bill your patients.
- No Non-Competes: Your clients are yours as long as they want to be.
- Democratic workplace: We will collectively agree on a flat monthly or per-treatment contribution to cover shared costs like marketing to grow the brand's visibility.
Your Responsibilities
Because this is a cooperative partnership and you retain 100% of your earnings, you operate with full autonomy. You will be independently responsible for:
- Your own transportation between mobile patient appointments.
- Your own patient billing and regulatory charting.
- Building and maintaining your client retention.
- Holding active registration and liability insurance with your respective BC regulatory college.
