We’re looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice for Skowkale First Nation. In this role, you will greet visitors with warmth, manage incoming calls, and keep our front desk running smoothly and efficiently. You will also handle mail and office supplies, support administrative tasks, and collaborate with multiple departments to help keep our operations on track. · Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
· Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is neat and organized at all times.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
· Maintain and coordinate office supplies inventory for all departments, including monitoring stock levels and reorder supplies when necessary.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
· Ensure the security of the premises by following protocols for visitor check-ins.
· Handle inquiries, concerns, and requests from visitors or clients with professionalism and efficiency.
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Perform other related duties as required or requested
· Minimum one (1) year experience in an office or administrative role working with First Nation communities or equivalent experience.· Post-Secondary education in business, governance or a similar field is an asset.· Satisfactory Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check.

· Computer skills, including fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office.
