THE POSITION
Keyera offers a unique opportunity within the oil, NGL and gas infrastructure industry for top industry talent to contribute, influence and grow with the company. We are searching for a Senior Turnaround Contracts and Procurement Analyst (Contract) to join our exciting team to increase Keyera’s Total Shareholder Return. This role will be based out of corporate office in Calgary. Travel to Northern Alberta facilities is required for this position.
RESPONSIBILITIES

The Contract Senior Turnaround Contracts and Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting, implementing & sustaining a fit-for-purpose Turnaround procurement sourcing strategy. This role will be responsible for executing and managing the end-to-end procurement requirements.

Support in executing, developing and organizing templates, processes and activities in accordance with Keyera’s SCM Policy and Standards.

Other relevant duties and responsibilities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will be well-organized, energetic, and service oriented with the following qualifications:

A related post-secondary education and a minimum of 8 years of Supply Chain Management experience specific to turnarounds.

SCMP Designation an asset.
-
A mix of field and home office experience is an asset.

Experience executing and managing end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and procurement processes for services and materials.

Strong technical and analytical skills

Demonstrable ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing project environment

Strong facilitation, communication and negotiations skills

Demonstrated ability to drive supplier value creation through the RFX and direct negotiation processes and strong post-award contract management.

Collaborative mindset, willing to work alongside the subject-matter experts and Business Unit clients to drive sustainable change in our supply base.

Success in this role goes well beyond technical expertise; Understanding how to build consensus across the organization and manage stakeholder expectations, all while inspiring and driving change.

Proven track record of effectively executing end-to-end strategies from concept through to implementation.

Demonstrates a commitment and passion for Supply Chain and the value it can drive in the energy sector.

Experience utilizing Maximo contract software would be an asset.

This position is subject to pre-screening that will include but not limited to, D&A testing, and driver abstract.
