Facility Opening Team Member – Evolve Strength Royal Oak

We're looking for an energetic, dependable Facility Opening Team Member who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and can confidently work independently during our early morning hours.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating a positive first impression for our members while ensuring the club is ready for a successful day.
What You'll Do
As one of the first team members in the building each morning, you'll:
- Open the facility and complete all opening procedures to ensure the club is ready for members.
- Welcome members with a friendly, professional attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist members with questions, account inquiries, and general support at the front desk.
- Create a clean, inviting, and positive atmosphere from the moment members walk through the doors.
- Ensure cleaning stations and supplies are stocked throughout the club.
- Keep the facility clean and organized during your shift, responding quickly to spills, clutter, or member needs.
- Complete routine facility walkthroughs to maintain Evolve Strength's high standards.
- Report equipment or facility concerns and complete light maintenance tasks as operational priorities allow throughout the shift.
- Support the team wherever needed to ensure members have an exceptional experience.

- Has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Works well in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure.
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, welcoming facility.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Experience in the fitness industry is an asset but not required.
- Comfortable performing light physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Available to work early mornings, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation for early morning shifts is preferred.
