We are looking for a full-time Customer Enrollment Representative to join our growing team.
You'll meet people with different experiences, priorities, and opinions about their current services. Some will know exactly what they're looking for, while others may be exploring their options for the first time.
As a Customer Enrollment Representative, you'll review customers' current plans, learn about how they use their services, and help them explore options that may better suit their needs. Whether that means upgrading certain features, simplifying their package, or introducing new services, you'll guide customers through their choices and assist them with enrollment from start to finish.
Working alongside experienced team members, you'll receive ongoing training and support as you build valuable communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Responsibilities of the Customer Enrollment Representative:
- Guide customers through available Internet, TV, home phone, and mobile service options
- Explain plans, features, and promotions in a clear and approachable way
- Assist customers with enrollment and ensure information is completed accurately
- Help customers compare options and select services that best fit their needs
- Answer questions and provide support throughout the enrollment process
- Create positive customer experiences through professional, face-to-face interactions
- Maintain current product knowledge through ongoing training and development
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
The Ideal Candidate:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in face-to-face settings
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, or sales is an asset, but not required

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
