Position Summary:
The Pedorthist will assess, design, fit, and modify custom foot orthotics and provide lower-limb biomechanical solutions to help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life. The successful candidate will work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct biomechanical, gait, and footwear assessments.
- Design, prescribe, fit, and modify custom foot orthotics.
- Assess and manage patients with foot, ankle, knee, hip, and lower extremity conditions.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
Qualifications
- Certified Pedorthist (C. Ped (C)) in good standing.
- New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
