Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas to uphold food safety regulations.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety and quality of all food products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on menu items, promotions, and operational procedures etc.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in food service is preferred but not mandatory; we provide training for new hires.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is a plus.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
