Job Summary:
Imagination Design Studios (IDS) is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will receive hands-on mentorship while actively contributing to sales efforts. You’ll take on both sales-related tasks and some supportive duties to learn the full sales cycle while building the skills needed to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Who You’ll Be Working With:
As a Junior Sales Representative, you’ll work with a wide range of clients, including pediatric dentists, healthcare providers, libraries, children’s museums, and family-friendly businesses. You’ll connect with decision-makers and influencers who are passionate about creating extraordinary spaces for children. You’ll also collaborate closely with our Head of Sales and design team to learn how to craft tailored solutions that inspire and delight.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and Execute Sales Processes: Work under the guidance of the Head of Sales to understand and contribute to the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Identify and Qualify Leads: Proactively research and identify potential B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, online platforms, inbound leads, and referrals.
- Engage with Clients: Build relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and introducing them to IDS’s creative design services.
- Schedule and Organize Meetings: Arrange and manage appointments, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Assist with Sales Presentations: Prepare materials and participate in presentations to effectively showcase the value and benefits of IDS’s themed environments.
- Support Administrative Tasks: Help with proposals, contracts, and CRM management to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Track and Manage Sales Data: Maintain accurate records of client information, sales activities, and pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM.
- Provide Feedback and Insights: Share client feedback, industry trends, and new opportunities with the sales team to contribute to business growth.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Experience with CRM software like HubSpot is a bonus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organizational skills to manage schedules and track sales data effectively.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 Suite and CRM tools.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to learn and grow.
- Personal Qualities:
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales.
- Detail-oriented and eager to develop into a senior sales role.
