We are seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Associate to join our hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain front desk operations, including reservations, billing, and guest account management
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest service excellence at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support smooth front desk operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or guest services preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk software is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service best practices
- Professional appearance and positive attitude essential for representing the brand effectively
Pay: $18.10 per hour
