Responsibilities
- Thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and sanitized.
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to maintain freshness for each guest.
- Restock essentials such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities to ensure properties are fully prepared for new arrivals.
- Communicate effectively with team members via Whatsapp to report any maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold safety protocols during cleaning procedures to ensure a secure environment for yourself and future guests.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service by being friendly, professional, and responsive to host or guest requests when needed.
Experience
- Prior experience in Airbnb cleaning or hospitality environments required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is an asset
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and laundry procedures essential for maintaining high-quality property standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members via Whatsapp to ensure seamless operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude focused on delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
