Summary
We are seeking a Clinic Operations & Inventory Coordinator to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring smooth clinic operations, managing inventory, and supporting our mission to provide exceptional personal enhancement services at our clinic location.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock accuracy.
- Support administrative functions including scheduling, patient records, and billing.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure compliance with health regulations..
- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation.
- Supervise staff related to clinic operations as needed.
- Maintain high standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
- Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare or dental office management preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively and support clinic operations.
