Job Title: Kitchen Cook / Food Prep
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Daily, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary if needed)
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Kitchen Cook to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and can efficiently manage kitchen operations during their shift.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and standards
- Perform daily food prep for menu items
- Package and label food products for service or sale
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies are low
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Independently manage kitchen workflow during scheduled hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen tasks efficiently
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and safe food handling practices
- Good time management and organization skills
Preferred:
- Experience with food prep, meal packaging, or small kitchen operations
- Food handler certification
