Position Summary
As a Front Line Associate, you are an ambassador for Paradise Fun Park. Every interaction with a Guest, every attraction you operate, and every area you maintain contributes to the overall Guest experience.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position that combines Guest service, attraction operations, park presentation, and operational support. Front Line Associates work throughout the park based on operational needs, ensuring every Guest enjoys a safe, welcoming, and memorable visit.

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience
- Welcome every Guest in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Sell and explain our attractions, promotions, and admission options.
- Process admissions, retail purchases, and transactions accurately.
- Answer Guest questions confidently and professionally.
- Anticipate Guest needs and provide assistance throughout their visit.
- Resolve routine Guest concerns and refer more complex situations to Management.
Attraction Operations
- Safely operate and supervise the Bumper Boat attraction.
- Assist Guests entering and exiting attractions.
- Monitor attractions to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Prepare and restock Mini Golf equipment, including golf clubs, golf balls, scorecards, and pencils.
- Inspect equipment daily and remove damaged items from service.
Park Presentation
Every Front Line Associate is responsible for maintaining an exceptional Guest environment. Responsibilities include:
- Walking the park regularly to ensure all Guest areas remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Inspecting both Mini Golf courses throughout the day and removing debris.
- Cleaning and aligning tables, chairs, booths, umbrellas, and patio furniture.
- Ensuring decorative features and planters remain well presented.
- Vacuuming and mopping indoor public areas.
- Cleaning, stocking, and inspecting public washrooms.
- Emptying garbage and recycling containers.
- Maintaining the Arcade, Front Desk, staff room, and surrounding Guest areas.
- Keeping counters, merchandise displays, and attraction areas clean and organized.
- Reporting maintenance concerns promptly.
Operational Excellence
- Complete opening, operational, and closing duties.
- Restock merchandise and operational supplies.
- Monitor inventory of golf clubs, golf balls, scorecards, pencils, and retail items.
- Follow established operating procedures and safety standards.
- Support special events, group bookings, and daily operational requirements.
- Perform additional duties that contribute to the successful operation of Paradise Fun Park.
Teamwork
- Support fellow Front Line Associates during busy periods.
- Rotate between Guest service, attractions, and park responsibilities as operational needs require.
- Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Managers.
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional workplace culture.
Qualifications

- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Take pride in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a Team.
Previous experience in Hospitality, tourism, recreation, retail, food service, or customer service is considered an asset but is not required.
Physical Requirements
This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
Scheduling
Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. Flexibility during weekends, holidays, and throughout the summer season is essential.
