Young Rembrandts is a fun, engaging, and educational after-school drawing class that helps kids succeed in school. Build fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, observation skills, self-expression, social skills and confidence.
Our unique step-by-step process teaches children basic drawing techniques. The curriculum encourages children to express their imaginations while improving fine motor skills, patience, focus, and staying on task.
We are seeking a passionate and creative instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore their artistic abilities and develop their creativity through drawing. This role requires a dynamic individual who can engage students in a supportive and stimulating environment, fostering a love for art while enhancing their skills.

Duties
- Deliver fun, engaging, educational drawing lessons for children (4-12 yr)
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide guidance and support to children
- Foster positive relationships with parents
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Instructors will:
- Be trained in teaching Young Rembrandts' method
- Use Young Rembrandts' extensive curriculum
- Be provided with all lessons, supplies and materials
- Work Part-Time, after school hours/early evening at community locations
- Bring 'The Love of Drawing' to children in Calgary and area
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Ability to create a positive classroom environment that fosters creativity and self-expression.

Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: From $36.00 per class
Expected hours: 2 – 4 classes per week
Schedule:
Pay: $36.60 per hour
