We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Millwork Carpenter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in producing premium-quality work and has extensive experience in custom millwork.
Position Summary
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in custom millwork and cabinetry. You will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, fitting, and finishing a wide variety of custom millwork products while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Assemble and fabricate custom cabinetry, casework, closets, vanities, wall panels, reception desks, and architectural millwork.
- Install hardware, drawer systems, hinges, and specialty components with precision.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards before installation or shipment.
- Perform detailed fitting, trimming, sanding, and finishing preparation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and production staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Mentor and support junior carpenters when required.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
