Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Construction Laborer to join our team on a continental shift schedule. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, contributing to the building and renovation of structures across various sites. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital part in supporting skilled tradespeople by performing essential manual tasks, operating equipment, and assisting with the overall progress of construction activities. Your dedication and teamwork will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project execution
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks to meet project specifications
- Install drywall, flooring, tile, cabinets, and perform carpentry tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Experience
- Prior construction experience is highly preferred; familiarity with various trades such as carpentry, masonry, electrical or plumbing is advantageous
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with confidence
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete finishing techniques
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on active job sites
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment on physically demanding projects
Shifts : Must be able to work Continental Shifts 2 weeks of 12 hour days, then 2 weeks of 12 hour nights

Pay: From $22.55 per hour
