WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
The Coordinator, Marketing Production plays a central role in keeping Blue Mountain Resort looking sharp from the mountain to the Adventure Park. This position owns the full lifecycle of on-resort signage and print production - from coordinating with vendors to managing seasonal transitions - while also contributing to graphic design, web updates, and on-site production support across the broader marketing team.

Managing the end-to-end coordination of on-resort signage including concept, design, vendor production, delivery, and installation under brand standards

Maintaining a current inventory of all on-resort marketing and signage assets, tracking messaging accuracy, material condition, and lifecycle expiry

Leading seasonal resort signage transitions, ensuring all wayfinding, promotional, and informational signage reflects current campaigns and brand standards

Building and maintaining relationships with approved print and signage vendors to meet business unit needs on time and on budget

Creating and updating collateral across print, digital, OOH, and web formats under Blue Mountain Resort's brand and sub-brands

Supporting web content updates as needed, including uploading and formatting assets

Assisting the team on photo and video shoots as a production assistant, including talent coordination, on-site logistics, and operational liaising

Collaborating with marketing business unit team members to fulfill for on-resort marketing materials
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Graphic Design degree or certificate, or equivalent practical experience

Demonstrated experience with both print (CMYK) and digital (RGB) production

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and standard Microsoft 365 tools

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and vendor relationships simultaneously

Comfort working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment where priorities shift

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience in recreation, hospitality, or tourism is an asset
