Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations through phone, email, and online booking systems
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding room availability, rates, resort amenities, packages, and policies
- Coordinate reservation details accurately and update guest information in the system
- Support front desk and guest service operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests professionally
- Respond to guest concerns and questions promptly while maintaining a positive and solution-focused approach
- Communicate with housekeeping, front desk, and operations teams to ensure guest needs are met
- Promote resort services, upgrades, and special offerings when appropriate
- Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
- Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, reservations, front desk, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using reservation systems, email, and computer software
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
