Kingsmen Capital is a hybrid small business credit fund and brokerage. We’ve been operating for over a decade, funding and advising small businesses across Canada. We aren’t a startup figuring things out — we have systems, SOPs, and a proven model. What we need is someone who can execute inside that structure and push beyond it.
You’ll be the front line. Prospecting, presenting, closing, and managing client relationships across the full lifecycle of small business financing. Phone, video, boardroom, coffee shop — wherever the deal needs to happen.
Two ways to work with us.
Option A — Employee Track
$52,000 base salary + uncapped commission. Year 1 earning potential: ~$100,000+. Year 2 portfolio builds and commissions scale — $150K–$200K is the norm, not the ceiling.
Option B — Permanent Contractor Track
Monthly draw + an elevated commission structure. Higher upside per deal. Built for experienced closers who want maximum earning leverage and operate best with autonomy.
Both tracks get full access to our in-house lead engine, referral sources, and operational support.
What your days actually look like.
You manage your own pipeline. Some days that’s back-to-back client presentations. Other days it’s cold calling a new vertical. Evenings might mean a networking event or a follow-up call with a business owner who couldn’t talk during the day.
We provide the infrastructure — leads, referral channels, CRM, SOPs, product knowledge, mentorship.
You provide the drive, the discipline, and the follow-through.
There is no cap on what you can earn. There’s also no one standing over your shoulder making sure you pick up the phone. This role rewards people who don’t need to be managed.
You’re a fit if you can say yes to all of these.
→ You have 2+ years in small business financing, commercial lending, merchant services, or a closely related sales environment
→ You understand credit products, cash flow analysis, and how small businesses actually operate
→ You are genuinely strong on the phone — not “comfortable,” strong
→ You present well in person. Clients trust you in a room.
→ You follow SOPs without cutting corners, and you move fast without dropping balls
→ You treat your sales career like ownership, not employment — your income is your responsibility
→ You are fluent in English (French is a strong asset)
→ You’re willing to work outside standard hours when a deal demands it — because you understand that’s where the extra $50K–$100K lives
What we don’t want.
Someone who watches the clock. Someone who needs to be reminded to follow up. Someone who sees a $52K base and stops reading. If you’re still here, you probably see what we see: a launchpad, not a salary.
