Salary and On Target Earnings (OTE):
- General Licensed Team Member - $48,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives - Likely OTE of $60,000+
- General and LLQ Licensed Team Member - $53,000 Salary plus bonus / SPIFF and Travel Incentives - Likely OTE of $70,000+
Responsibilities:
We are located in NW & SE Calgary. There is only one position is available at this time. Join a challenging, fun, profitable, fast-paced team, while adding a Fortune 500 company to your resume. We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We respond to customer concerns, billing issues and claims. After licensing and training, you will join a supportive and successful team. Requirements:
- Must drive a reliable vehicle.
- Must have clean credit (No oustanding items in collections and no bankruptsy in past 7 years)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- After the initial training period, there is little day-to-day mangement, Hence, you must motivate yourself.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
