Purchaser/Reconstruction Coordinator
Overview:
Paul Davis is currently looking for a Purchaser/Reconstruction Coordinator in the Lethbridge Area. Duties:
· Work with Reconstruction Manager to plan and execute projects in a timely manner
· Issuance and filing of Purchase Orders
· Work closely with the construction team approving time sheets and schedules
· Source materials and schedule deliveries where required
· Communicating with suppliers/making sure items purchased and adhere to both budgetary and time constraints
· Creating and maintaining construction schedule
· Maintaining knowledge base on current products and learning about new products
· Providing product information, pricing quotations and follow up on quotes
· Contacting customers with updates
Qualifications:
· Previous purchasing experience
· 3-5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
· Knowledge and/or experience in construction an asset but not required
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
· Is highly organised and disciplined thinker, effective time management, must have a task and project completion drive and focus.
· Proficient with Excel, word
· Positive Attitude

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
