Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-driven Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently and takes pride in providing outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities-
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, completing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Perform night audit functions, including reconciling accounts, balancing transactions, and preparing reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby environment.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications-
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with hotel property management systems is considered an asset.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage.
