Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused treatments within your scope of practice
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate clients on self-care and wellness strategies
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professional standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Massage Therapist (Non-RMT)
- Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy or equivalent training
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused
- Previous experience is an asset
Manual Osteopath
- Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Practice
- Membership with a recognized osteopathic association preferred
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong manual therapy skills and patient-centered approach
Schedule Options
- Flexible shifts available (days, evenings, weekends)
- Part-time, full-time, or contract-based arrangements
Compensation
- $50.00 – $80.00 per hour, based on experience, treatment type, and availability
- This is an independent contractor position
