currently seeking an associate lawyer to join its Tax Group in
Toronto.
Our Tax Group has leading expertise advising clients on domestic
and international taxation matters, with a particular focus on
corporate transactions, securities offerings, investment funds,
and cross-border planning.
We offer a dynamic and positive work environment at a national
law firm. Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Ontario,
and have between 2 and 4 years of post-call income tax
experience and strong professional and academic credentials.
