Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator — Full-Time
We're looking for a warm, organized, and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic practice. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face patients meet at the start of their journey—guiding them through consultations, explaining treatment options and financial arrangements, and helping them feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a genuine love of people, strong attention to detail, and the ability to juggle scheduling, follow-ups, and case presentations with grace. Prior dental or orthodontic experience is an asset, but we'll happily train the right person who brings the right attitude.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a great benefits package. If you're enthusiastic, dependable, and excited to help create beautiful smiles, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today with your resume and a brief note about why you'd be a great fit.
