About the Role:
- As the Front Desk Representative, you’ll be the first point of connection for new and existing clients. You’ll help create a warm, professional, and seamless experience whether someone is calling, visiting the office, or reaching out online.
- This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with people, and interested in building a career in the insurance industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and provide exceptional first-contact service
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Support agents with administrative tasks and appointment scheduling
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional front desk
- Stay focused and productive while handling multiple priorities
- Work collaboratively with the team while managing independent responsibilities
- Assist with basic insurance-related inquiries (training provided)
- Learn about our insurance products, client needs, and sales process as you develop in the role

- Must have or be willing to obtain an OTL / General Insurance Licence for New Brunswick
- We will support the right candidate through the licensing process.
