About the Opportunity
We're a growing digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for service-based businesses. We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Manager to join our team on a per-client basis.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes ownership of campaigns and delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns
- Research competitors and target audiences
- Optimize campaigns daily for lead generation
- Install and configure Meta Pixel and Conversion API
- Split test creatives, copy, audiences, and offers
- Monitor KPIs including CPL, CTR, CPM, Frequency, and ROAS
- Troubleshoot campaign and tracking issues
- Deliver weekly performance reports
- Work closely with the agency owner to achieve client goals
Required Experience
Applicants must have:
- Minimum 5 years of professional Meta Ads experience
- Managed $500,000+ in Meta ad spend
- Proven success generating leads for service-based businesses
- Experience scaling local lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Conversion API
- Meta Pixel
- Custom & Lookalike Audiences
- Retargeting
- Campaign optimization
- Lead generation funnels
GoHighLevel Experience
You must be proficient with GoHighLevel and able to:
- Build landing pages and funnels
- Create workflows and automations
- Configure forms and surveys
- Manage CRM pipelines
- Set up calendars
- Configure email and SMS automation
- Import snapshots
- Troubleshoot client accounts

Pay: $3,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
