Belle Biz Marketing is a leading provider of booking software and full-service digital marketing solutions for nail salons across North America. We help salons improve online booking, customer engagement, staff management, and digital marketing performance through a single beauty-tech platform.
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing & Content Creative Specialist to manage social media, create engaging content, support advertising campaigns, improve local SEO, and help nail salon clients grow their online presence.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary. You will join a growing beauty-tech company with opportunities to develop your skills in digital marketing, content creation, AI tools, and local business marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Create and schedule content such as posts, reels, stories, posters, banners, promotions, and short videos.
- Design creative assets using Canva, CapCut, and other design/video tools.
- Plan and support digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Prepare ad copy, campaign ideas, creative visuals, and landing page content.
- Configure and monitor tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Support WordPress website updates, including service pages, banners, images, promotions, and landing pages.
- Execute Local SEO tasks such as Google Business Profile optimization, local keyword content, service descriptions, and review content.
- Implement basic email marketing campaigns for promotions, customer reactivation, holiday offers, and announcements.
- Analyze marketing performance, track KPIs, and suggest improvements for content, ads, SEO, and campaigns.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, and AI automation tools to improve content quality and workflow efficiency.
Qualifications / Requirements
- College or university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience or strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, social media, or local business marketing.
- Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Ability to use Canva, CapCut, and basic creative tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, and website content is an asset.
- Basic experience with WordPress or website updates is preferred.
- Ability to research information independently and learn new tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and organization skills.
- KPI-oriented mindset and ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable using office and teamwork platforms such as Telegram, Slack, Teams, Notion, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to use AI tools to support marketing, content creation, and workflow automation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with nail salons, spas, beauty businesses, or local service businesses.
- Experience creating reels, TikTok videos, short-form ads, or promotional videos.
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console.
- Experience with WordPress, Elementor, email marketing, or local SEO.
- Strong visual design sense and ability to follow brand style.
- Understanding of beauty/nail salon customer behavior and seasonal promotion campaigns.

- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
- Compensation: Base salary + Commission + KPI bonus
