Product Support/Service Technician

  • Provide technical/product support to dealers and customers
  • Assist and support customers and dealers with diagnosis and troubleshooting, by phone and email and if necessary, in the field
  • Train dealers/customers on PrimeTech and FAE products and participate in product trainings at head-office
  • Assist and support dealers when delivering and installing products
  • Communicate with head-office about technical issues and determine a solution
  • Inform head-office about possible product improvements, customer feedback and comments
  • Carry out factory upgrades and complete testing as per the requirements of head-office
  • Process, update and approve warranty claims
  • Arrange customer visits and demos as needed
  • Other office or field activities that may be requested while the company grows


  • Background in heavy equipment is considered an asset
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Work well independently and as a team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid passport
