K&K Swim School has been inspiring swimmers since 2014. Having taught thousands of swimmers, we’ve built our curriculum from the best industry standards—and we’re excited to expand our team of water-loving enthusiasts.
THE ROLE: TEAM COORDINATOR
Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly (32-40 hours a week)
Location: Hybrid (In-Person + Remote)
Join our amazing team and take on a leadership role that helps instructors grow and swimmers succeed. As a Team Coordinator, you’ll lead by example, provide guidance to instructors, and help create a safe, fun, and supportive swim environment for all.
What You’ll Do
- Support instructors during swim shifts and help them improve their lessons
- Communicate with families and offer progress updates
- Keep lessons safe, engaging, and high-quality
- Coach instructors and help build a positive team culture
- Work both in-person and remotely as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, confident communicator with leadership skills
- Positive, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable working in person and from home
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Has a swimming teaching background
- Flexible schedule (including days, evenings and weekends)
