Who Won't Enjoy This Job
Let's be honest—wedding coordination isn't for everyone.
This role probably isn't the right fit if you:
- Prefer a traditional Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 schedule.
- Don't enjoy being on your feet for long hours.
- Struggle in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Prefer routine over variety—no two weddings are ever the same.
- Aren't comfortable taking initiative or making decisions independently.
- Don't enjoy working evenings, weekends, or holidays.
