Responsibilities
- Actively approach households and businesses door-to-door to generate leads and promote our offerings
- Clearly communicate the value propositions of our products and services, tailoring your pitch to different audiences
- Build rapport with potential clients through engaging conversations, demonstrating excellent customer service and communication skills
- Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and interest levels, ensuring high-quality lead generation
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and appointments using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and close sales opportunities
- Utilize marketing strategies and telemarketing techniques to maximize outreach effectiveness in various neighborhoods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development, especially in B2B or technology sales preferred but not required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language proficiency is a plus for broader outreach
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking leads and customer interactions
- Technical sales experience or inside sales background is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, stay motivated, and handle rejection positively
