Join us as a Product Manager, where you'll play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of our products—from conceptualization to launch and beyond! In this dynamic position, you will drive product strategy, development, and enhancements that align with our company’s overall goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Define and develop the product vision and roadmap in line with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitor analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Translate high-level company strategy into actionable product features and solutions.
Product Development:
- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build and launch new features and improvements.
- Take charge of defining scope and ensuring designs and functional requirements are complete and inline with business requirements.
- Ensure products meet the technical and functional requirements.
- Continuously prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback and business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication across teams including development, sales, customer support, and marketing.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with the product roadmap.
- Present product updates, feature demonstrations, and progress reports to senior leadership and other team members.
Customer-Focused Innovation:
- Regularly gather customer feedback to guide product improvements and new feature development.
- Identify new market opportunities to expand product offerings or enter new markets.
- Ensure a seamless user experience through continuous optimization and enhancements based on customer usage data and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software development or technical logistics space.
Skills:
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Proven ability to translate requirements into insights and actionable outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business units.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product management tools, and user-centered design.
- Strong understanding of market research, customer personas, and competitive analysis.
Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, and technology platforms is a plus.
