Key Responsibilities:
Bread Bakers: Handle dough mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing, laminating, and baking a variety of handcrafted breads.
Pastry Chefs / Cake Decorators: Prepare cake bases, fillings, frostings, and perform precise cake decorating, piping, and dessert assembly.
Maintain consistency and high standards in product quality, flavor, and presentation.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in baking or pastry decorating preferred; Paid Training will be provided for qualified candidates with strong foundational skills.
Language: Mandarin fluency is a strong asset for seamless team communication.
Commitment: Looking for reliable individuals seeking long-term stable employment.
Ability to work efficiently, adapt to early morning schedules, and maintain a team-oriented mindset.
