Vertex is currently accepting applications for one full-time, permanent Receptionist in Sherwood Park, Alberta. The successful candidate must have a relevant experience and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Diploma or higher education related to business administration preferred
Basic accounting experience is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong time management, organizational and team skills
Excellent attention to detail required
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Provide general office support such as answering phone calls, courier requests, data entry, creating and filing documents, faxing, photocopying, office stock, shipping and receiving duties
Attend and assist walk-in clients, customers and visitors
Assist with accounting department such as online invoice submission, accounts payable data entry and other duties as needed
Assist in preparing and generating various reports, when needed
Provide administrative support to the management team
Perform other related duties and tasks as required
Completing miscellaneous daily tasks
This position will be based out of the Sherwood Park office
Compensation is commensurate with education and experience
