Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented tradesperson to join our team. At Rockland Glass, we install and service windows in homes and businesses, as well as in marine and industrial equipment. We also specialize in custom glass projects such as shower enclosures and office partitions.
As a candidate for this position, you should have strong experience in residential and/or commercial construction. You should be highly motivated and show pride in your work. We are willing to provide training in some areas, but you must have a solid foundation of construction skills.
Past work references are required
Responsibilities
- Install products according to specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
- Measure and cut materials accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleages and management.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle.
- Represent the company with professionalism at all times
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Experience in glazing/glass handling is a strong asset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively.
- Good physical stamina as the role requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
