Position Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented Customer Account Coordinator to manage customer communication and coordinate internal workflow from estimate to delivery. This is a process driven role requiring strong organization and accountability.
Experience Required
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, account coordination, print, signage, manufacturing, or related industry preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in direct customer service and front facing support position handling phone calls and writing emails.
Experience in using QuickBooks Online preparing estimates, invoices, and receiving payment is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer emails, phone calls, and live chat inquiries
- Prepare and follow up on sales estimates using Quickbooks
- Coordinate with designers for proof updates and revisions
- Send proofs to clients and manage approval process
- Prepare invoices and assist with payment follow ups
- Coordinate with Production and shipping team
- Provide shipping updates to customers
- Maintain organized CRM and order tracking systems
- Ensure smooth communication between customer and internal departments
- Showroom and Administrative Support
