The Quality Analyst is required to assist in the implementation, communication and administration of initiatives related to clinical quality, accreditation, risk management, and privacy. The incumbent will be required to provide basic analysis, report writing and project management to facilitate the ongoing work for performance measurement and privacy.
Days, 8 hour shifts.

Undergraduate degree in Health Care, Arts, or Business Administration;
One (1) to two (2) years experience in a similar position;
EPIC Level 2 Cogito Accreditation
Strong knowledge and experience with EPIC workbench and slicerdicer reporting;
Experience with Ministry of Health mandated reporting;
SLS core reviewer experience;
Advanced computer skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Vision and project management software);
Knowledge of project management;
Knowledge of patient safety principles;
Strong analytical skills;
Strong decision making and problem solving skills;
Strong writing and proofreading skills;
Excellent communication skills and ability to deal congenially and calmly with people;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Planning and time management skills, including ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives;
Must be eligible to work in Canada;
Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English speaking clients.
Certification in patient safety, quality or privacy.
