Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, helping them relax, recover, and improve their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology related to health and wellness, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and discuss treatment plans to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices.
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Schedule appointments efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the client experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements.

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health, anatomy, and wellness.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Effective communication skills for understanding client needs and explaining treatment procedures clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a professional setting.
- Compassionate attitude with a focus on client care and satisfaction.
- Certification or licensing as required by state regulations for massage therapy is preferred but not mandatory for internship positions; ongoing training will be provided as needed.
Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
